Youth killed in Gopalganj road mishap

GOPALGANJ, Sept 28: A 20-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle accident in Kotalipara Upazila of the district on Sunday afternoon after losing control of his bike and hitting a roadside pillar.

Munna Sheikh, a resident of Madhur Nagra, was riding from Nagra toward Paisharhat when the accident occurred at about 1:30 pm near the Paisharhat Bridge intersection. He was critically injured and later died after being taken to a local hospital, police said.
