A political party is trying to bring back those who systematically ruined the country's democratic environment through planned anarchy, Chief Whip of the National Parliament Nurul Islam Moni said on Friday (October 2).

He made the statement on Friday morning at the inauguration of the Club Open Taekwondo Championship at the Mirpur Indoor Stadium in the capital.

The Chief Whip stated that the government remains firm and vigilant. He warned that the government will take even tougher action against those trying to exploit its lenient approach.

Emphasising parliamentary process, he noted that all national problems will be resolved through discussions in Parliament. He added that creating chaos on the streets is strictly unacceptable.
