PMO releases photo of Tarique, Zubaida at Trump’s dinner

The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) on Saturday (October 3) released a photo of Prime Minister Tarique Rahman and his wife Dr Zubaida Rahman with US President Donald Trump at a dinner hosted for world leaders attending the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

The dinner was held on September 22 at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel in New York, with Trump and First Lady Melania Trump hosting heads of state and government and their spouses.

The photo, released by the PMO, shows Trump standing between Tarique Rahman and Zubaida Rahman. The White House provided the photo, according to officials.

Tarique Rahman, who became prime minister in February, was in New York for his first UN General Assembly session as head of government. He addressed the 81st UNGA on September 24.
