Rain, thunderstorms likely in six divisions

Rain and thunderstorms are likely in six divisions, including Dhaka, until Monday evening (October 5), according to the Bangladesh Meteorological Department.

The divisions are Rangpur, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet. Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by gusty winds may occur at one or two places in these divisions.

Elsewhere, the weather may remain mainly dry with temporarily partly cloudy skies. Day and night temperatures are likely to remain nearly unchanged across the country.
