Akij Cables launches showrooms in eight locations

Akij Electricals & Electronics Ltd, an affiliate of Akij Venture Group, has launched Akij Cables showrooms in eight important locations across the country as part of its plan to expand its presence in Bangladesh’s electrical products market.
The showrooms began operations simultaneously on October 3 in Mirpur, Nawabpur, Cumilla, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Madaripur, Khulna and Barishal.
The company said the initiative will strengthen Akij Cables’ presence in key electrical markets while making it easier for customers, retailers, electricians and business partners to learn about its products and services.
As part of the nationwide launch, the Akij Cables showroom in Mirpur was formally inaugurated at 11AM on October 4 by Sheikh Shamim Uddin, chairman of Akij Venture Group.
Senior officials of the company, business partners, retailers, electricians and invited guests attended the inauguration ceremony.
Mohammad Maidul Islam, business head of Akij Electricals & Electronics Ltd, said the company considers its “Safe Tomorrow” commitment to be the core of its initiatives.
“Our goal is not only to strengthen Akij Cables’ presence in key electrical markets but also to provide customers with safe and reliable electrical solutions,” he said.
He said customers would be able to directly see different Akij Cables products at the new showrooms, learn about their features and uses, and select products according to their needs.
Through the new showroom initiative, Akij Electricals & Electronics Ltd aims to further expand the nationwide sales and distribution network of Akij Cables and strengthen direct engagement with customers and business partners.
The company said it seeks to build confidence in homes and establishments through safe and reliable electrical solutions and contribute to creating a “Safe Tomorrow.”
