Iran is supplying weapons, intelligence and training to Yemen’s Houthi rebels to help them attack Saudi Arabia, The Wall Street Journal reported on Saturday.
The support includes identifying targets, providing intelligence and training the group to manufacture missiles and drones.
The report said Iran has supported the Houthis for more than a decade, using fishing boats and submarines to transport weapons. Iranian officials, weapons and drone parts were also reportedly flown into Houthi-controlled areas aboard Mahan Air aircraft in July.
