DBBL, Pragati Insurance partner to offer non-life insurance services

Dutch-Bangla Bank and Pragati Insurance PLC signed a corporate agent agreement on Monday at the bank’s head office to introduce non-life insurance services under DBBL’s bancassurance operations.

Under the partnership, customers will have access to various non-life insurance products, including motor, travel, group health and crop insurance, says a press release.

The agreement was signed in the presence of Md Ahteshamul Haque Khan, managing director and CEO of Dutch-Bangla Bank, and S M Shah Alom, managing director and CEO of Pragati Insurance PLC. Senior officials from both organisations also attended the ceremony.
