Standard Islami Bank holds MTO recruitment viva

The viva voce examinations for the Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Recruitment 2026 of Standard Islami Bank PLC were held from November 3 to 5 at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka.

The entire recruitment process was conducted under the supervision of IBA. A total of 15,700 applications were received. Among the applicants, 300 candidates qualified in the written examination and participated in the viva voce. Candidates will be selected based on merit and competence, says a press release.

Under the initiative titled “The Next Standard,” the Bank aims to attract talented and promising young professionals who can contribute to its future leadership. 

The initiative reflects the Bank's commitment to nurturing the next generation of banking professionals and building a skilled, dynamic and future-ready workforce.
