3 parked buses torched in Cumilla

Three buses of 'Royal Coach', parked side by side in the Jangalia bus stand area of Cumilla city, were set on fire on Sunday afternoon.

Locals said that they suddenly saw smoke coming out of the buses and informed the fire service.

Upon receiving the information, two units of the EPZ Fire Service rushed to the spot and started working to control the fire.

 Later, another unit from Cumilla city joined the quick fire dozeing efforts and it was quickly brought under control. 
 
It was reported that major damage was avoided. No casualties were reported in the incident.
