As the team emerged from arrivals, floral reception and warm applause set the tone for a reception befitting their achievement. Leading the team was Inspector General of Police and President of the Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation, Md Ali Hossain Fakir, who greeted the players with bouquets.
Addressing the gathering, Fakir struck a note of admiration, remarking that the team's fighting spirit on foreign soil had elevated the country's stature. He described the bronze medal not merely as a podium finish, but as a symbol of hard work, resilience, and unwavering patriotism. In a forward-looking stance, he also pledged stronger initiatives to further develop women's kabaddi in Bangladesh.
National Sports Council Director (Sports) Mohammad Aminul Ehsan, Bangladesh Olympic Association Deputy Secretaries General Mahbubur Rahman Shaheen and MA Quddus Khan, alongside Federation Vice-President and IGP Prisons Brigadier General Syed Mohammad Motaher Hossain. General Secretary SM Nawaz Sohag were also there.
