Kishoreganj DC exchanges views on dev issues at Hossainpur

HOSSAINPUR, KISHOREGANJ, June 4: Kishoreganj Deputy Commissioner (DC) Sohana Nasrin exchanged views with officials and dignitaries from various departments of Hossainpur Upazila on the law and order situation, market price control of essential commodities, education, healthcare and implementation of various development projects in Hossainpur.

The exchange of views was held in the Upazila Parishad conference room on Thursday morning, organised by the upazila administration.

Upazila Nirbahi Officer Kazi Nahid Eva, Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Municipal Administrator Mohsi Masnad, Officer-in-Charge of Hossainpur Police Station Muhammad Rashedul Islam, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Dr Tanvir Hasan Ziko, Upazila Agriculture Officer Sheikh Mohammad Mohsin, Upazila Women Affairs Officer Asma Akhter, Upazila Social Service Officer Md Ehsanul Haque and others were present in the meeting.

At the meeting, DC Sohana Nasrin put emphasis on the overall development of the upazila, improvement of public service standards and ensuring transparency and accountability of government activities.

 At the end of the meeting, the DC distributed educational materials and sports equipment among the students of various educational institutions of the upazila.
