DHRDNW Convener Provati Basak chaired the dialogue. Advocate Sydur Rahaman, chief executive of the Human Rights Cultural Foundation (HRCF), read out the keynote of the dialogue.
Among others, Najneen Shabnam, coordinator of HRCF, and Advocate Khogendra Nath Roy, co-convener of DHRDNW, gave speech in the dialogue session.
The speakers said, “Media is the fourth pillar of the state. On the other hand, transparency, accountability and administration of law are the base of democracy. If media works sincerely challenging all wrong and false information, the democracy will be stronger.”
