Proposed budget to improve people’s life: Putul

NATORE, June 13: MP for Natore-1 Constituency and State Minister for the Ministry of Social Welfare Farzana Sharmin Putul said that the proposed budget will improve people’s lives. 

She said this as the chief guest at a function to distribute cheques to the helpless people in the Lalpur Upazila Parishad auditorium on Friday.

The minister further said, “This time the government emphasised more in the sector of education, agriculture, sports, health, fish cultivation and law and order situation than bridge and culvert construction. The government is trying to create job facilities for the young people through giving them special training on particular subjects.”
 
Upazila Nirbahi Officer Barkat Ullah chaired the function. Among others, BNP leader and former upazila chairman Harunur Rashid Pappu, BNP leader and Beelmaria Union Parishad (UP) Chairman Professor Siddiq Ali, BNP leader and former mayor of Gopalpur Municipality Nazrul Islam Molam, Ishwardi UP Chairman Abdul Aziz Ranju and Upazila Jubo Dal Convener Abdus Salam were present.
