Jhenaigati UNO visits two schools

JHENAIGATI, SHERPUR, June 25: Jhenaigati Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Md Al Amin made a surprise visit to two government primary schools in the upazila. 

On Tuesday around 11 am, the UNO visited Sandhyakura Government Primary School and Haldigram Government Primary School in the upazila. He was accompanied by Upazila Assistant Primary Education Officer Partha Pal.

According to school sources, at one stage of the inspection, the UNO entered a class five room of Sandhyakura Government Primary School, discussed various issues with the students and advised them to focus on their studies. 

The students said that they were happy to have UNO as their teacher. He encouraged them to develop into well-educated and ideal people in the future.

Upazila Assistant Primary Education Officer Partha Pal said that the UNO inspected the infrastructural condition of the two schools. At the same time, he inquired about the students' studies and learning environment.

UNO Md. Al Amin said, “The government is working to ensure a quality education system. It is also the responsibility of the administration to monitor whether the educational institutions are being run properly. During the inspection, I felt like teaching the children for some time. They enjoyed the class, which made me happy.”
