Why road accidents recur

Published : Tuesday, 7 July, 2026 at 12:00 AM  Count : 7
Dear sir,

The roads of our country are increasingly turning into death traps. Almost every day, we come across news of people losing their lives in road accidents on the pages of newspapers or on television screens.

Sadly, such incidents have now become almost routine for us. There are many reasons behind road accidents, including unskilled drivers, overspeeding, overloading, and the absence of proper enforcement of traffic laws.

Whenever a major accident occurs, there is temporary public outcry and investigation committees are formed, but in reality, no effective change is seen. This is extremely unfortunate.
