One held with yaba in Chandpur

CHANDPUR, July 12: Under the overall guidance of Mohammad Ershad Ullah, officer-in-charge of Faridganj Police Station (PS) in the district, SI (Unarmed) Md Arifur Rahman Sarkar of the PS, with the help of other officers and forces, conducted a raid in front of Sarkhal Government Primary School in Sarkhal Village under Faridganj Upazila on Sunday morning and arrested drug dealer Liakat Hossain alias Tutul, 40, son of Mohammad Ali of Dhalamgarh Char Village in the upazila along with 40 pieces of yaba. Appropriate legal action has been taken against the arrested.
