The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) will hold a press conference on Saturday to mark the completion of five months in office of the government formed following the 13th National Parliamentary Election.
The press conference is scheduled to begin at 3:30 pm at the Karabi Hall of the Prime Minister's Office in Tejgaon.
Prime Minister's Adviser and PMO Spokesperson Mahdi Amin will address the media. He will be joined by Press Secretary Saleh Shibly, Additional Press Secretary Atikur Rahman Ruman, and other members of the Prime Minister's Press Wing.
The event marks five months since the BNP-led government, headed by Prime Minister Tarique Rahman, assumed office on February 17, 2026, following its victory in the 13th National Parliamentary Election held on February 12, 2026.
The government officially began its new term after being elected by the people, and the press conference has been organised to highlight the completion of its first five months in office.
