Brick kiln owner's moving car comes under attack in Ctg

A businessman narrowly escaped unharmed after unidentified assailants hurled bricks and opened fire on his moving vehicle in the Hathazari upazila of Chattogram early Wednesday.

The incident occurred at around 12:30AM on the Chattogram-Rangamati regional highway near the Chara Bottola area of Ichhapur Bazar in Mekhal Union.

The businessman is SM Shahidullah, son of SM Shafi of Wahedikhil area in Ward No. 9 of Raozan Municipality. Shahidullah owns several brick kilns in Raozan.
