Bank Asia appoints Ariful Bari as DMD

Md Ariful Bari has joined Bank Asia PLC as Deputy Managing Director (DMD) and Chief Credit Officer (CCO).

Md Ariful Bari has more than 25 years of progressive experience in the banking industry, says a press release. 
 
Prior to joining Bank Asia PLC, he served in senior leadership roles in the Wholesale Banking Division of City Bank PLC. Earlier in his career, he built a strong professional foundation at HSBC Bangladesh, where he gained broad-based experience across multiple banking disciplines.

Bari completed his higher studies in Economics.
