State-owned mobile operator Teletalk Bangladesh Limited has launched three special Data & Voice offers for people living in remote areas, alongside a special data offer for students and freelancers.
The packages were introduced under the 180-day action plan directed by the Prime Minister. The offers target residents in haor-baor, hilly, and coastal remote regions across the country.
Teletalk Bangladesh Limited Managing Director Nurul Mabud Chowdhury officially inaugurated the offers through a digital platform at an event on the Teletalk premises on August 9, 2026. Senior officials of Teletalk were also present on the occasion.
Under the ‘Pranto’ series, Teletalk introduced three specialized packages - ‘Pranto Basic’, ‘Pranto Smart’, and ‘Pranto Connect’ - to make voice calls and internet access more convenient and affordable for underserved communities.
Additionally, Teletalk launched a dedicated offer for students and freelancers to support their digital activities. Under this offer, subscribers can get 20 GB of data for BDT 229 with 30-day validity.
Customers can activate these packages by dialing designated USSD codes or recharging the exact amount. Detailed information, USSD codes, and terms are available on Teletalk’s official website and Facebook page.
Teletalk stated that it will continue introducing customer-friendly services to ensure affordable and quality digital access for everyone.
