Bad weather disrupts LNG supply

Disruption in the gas supply is likely to continue in six districts owing to unfavorable weather in the Bay of Bengal, says Bakhrabad Gas Distribution Company Limited.

In a statement released to the media on Wednesday (August 12), the company informed that there would be an interruption in the supply of LNG due to unfavorable weather in the Bay.

Due to this, there has been a disruption in the supply of pipeline gas owing to low pressure in the district of Cumilla, Noakhali, Chandpur, Feni, Laxmipur, and Brahmanbaria.

The Bakhrabad Gas authorities regret the temporary inconvenience faced by the customers.
