Workshop on marginal people’s rights held

NAWABGANJ, DINAJPUR, Aug 12: Organised by the Samaan Aawaaj project of the Christian Commission for Development in Bangladesh (CCDB), a day-long workshop on ‘Community Partner Selection, Support and Linkage Establishment’ was held at the training hall of the Nawabganj Upazila Model Mosque in the district on Wednesday to enhance the capacity of community partners to ensure the rights and participation of marginalised communities.
Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Abdullah Al Mamun inaugurated the workshop as the chief guest while Samaan Aawaaj project Nawabganj Area Manager Mahfuza Nazneen and Fulbari Area Manager Khatija Khatun and other officials of the organisation were present.
