The hospital confirmed the deaths in a press release issued on Monday.

Hospital sources said 22 children with measles-like symptoms were admitted in the past 24 hours, while 25 recovered and were discharged. A total of 86 children are currently undergoing treatment at the hospital.

According to the press release, 3,461 children with measles-like symptoms have been admitted to the hospital since mid-March. Of them, 3,005 have recovered and returned home, while 70 have died.
