Law and order committee meeting held at Dhanbari

MADHUPUR, TANGAIL, Aug 21: The Dhanbari Upazila Administration held its monthly law and order committee meeting at the Upazila Parishad Hall Room on Thursday morning.

Upazila Nirbahi Officer Noorjahan Akhter Sathi chaired the meeting, and Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Dil Afroz, Officer-in-Charge of Dhanbari Police Station Nurus Salam Siddique, Upazila BNP President Principal M Azizur Rahman, Municipal BNP President SMA Sobhan, Upazila BNP General Secretary (GS) Enamul Haque VP, Joint GS Zahidul Islam Mohabbat, Executive Member and Dhopakhali Union former chairman Kamal Hossain Talukder Mintu, valiant freedom fighter Shajahan Ali, Dhanbari Press Club Vice-President Syed Sajan Ahmed, journalist Palash Islam and other concerned persons spoke in the meeting.

The overall law and order situation in the upazila, crime control and various aspects of ensuring public safety were discussed in detail in the meeting.
