Provide Prompt Medical Care to Patients

A hospital is one of the most important places dedicated to serving humanity. Therefore, it is essential to provide patients with prompt medical care as soon as they arrive, particularly in emergencies.

Unfortunately, emergency services in many hospitals are often slow and inadequate. Patients may have to wait for doctors after reaching the hospital. If a doctor takes time to leave a private resting area and attend to a patient, the condition may become more serious. Emergency care should never depend on unnecessary delays.

Compared with the rapid emergency services available in many developed healthcare systems, our country still has considerable room for improvement. Therefore, hospital authorities should arrange two or three qualified doctors on a shift basis so that trained doctors remain available around the clock.

I respectfully urge the authorities to ensure the continuous availability of doctors in emergency departments and consultation areas. They should also improve the responsiveness, professionalism and compassionate conduct of nursing staff.
