Teletalk opens customer care centre in Basabo

Teletalk Bangladesh Ltd has opened a customer care centre in Dhaka's Basabo area to make its services more accessible and efficient.

Teletalk Managing Director Nurul Mabud Chowdhury inaugurated the centre on Sunday (30 August), according to a press release.

Senior officials from the company's Sales and Marketing Division also attended the inauguration.

The new centre will provide customers in Basabo and surrounding areas with easier access to a range of services.

Teletalk said the centre would broaden its customer service coverage and help address subscribers' needs more effectively.
