3-day Security Technology Expo to begin in Dhaka on Sept 17

150 brands from 10 countries expected to participate

With the aim of further strengthening the country’s security, workplace safety, and emergency response capabilities, the 2nd International Security Expo 2026 and Occupational Safety, Health and Fire Expo 2026 will be held from September 17 to 19, 2026, at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in Dhaka.

Organized jointly by i-Station Limited and the Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS), the three-day expos will showcase the latest technologies and solutions in security, fire safety, workplace safety, emergency response, risk management, and international compliance standards.

Approximately 150 leading brands from 10 countries are expected to participate, along with around 5,000 trade visitors, says a press release. 

Mohammad Zahirul Islam, President of BCS, said, “A strong, modern security system is essential for a safe, tech-driven future. As technology advances, risks grow�"so we must strengthen security at every level and adopt modern tools.”

Madhu Sudan Saha, Managing Director of i-Station Limited, said, “The International Security Expo 2026 will showcase the latest security and safety technologies, including surveillance systems, cybersecurity, access control, biometrics, security software, networking switches, digital vaults, and other modern solutions for government and private sectors.”

The exhibition will also feature personal protective equipment (PPE), industrial safety products, fire detection and protection systems, emergency response solutions, and technologies related to workplace health, safety, and international compliance standards.

Two seminars will be held on security, workplace safety, the use of technology, and the future of the industrial sector.
