Heads of private MPO-listed educational institutions have been instructed to submit their September 2026 MPO salary bills online by 3PM on September 18 to facilitate salary payments through Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).
The Technical and Madrasah Education Division Directorate issued the directive on Sunday (September 13).
According to the notice, the online 'Bill Submit' option has been activated to process September 2026 MPO payments through EFT. Heads of institutions must log into the TEMIS software and submit the September bill through the 'Monthly Salary Submission' option, following the existing procedure.
They have also been instructed to update the employment status of any MPO-listed teacher or staff member whose service status has changed.
In cases involving death, resignation or retirement, the relevant information must be entered through the 'Non-Government Employee EFT Employee Status Change (iBAS++ Validated)' option.
The notice further states that if a teacher or staff member’s salary needs to be partially or fully withheld or deducted under applicable rules due to suspension, unauthorised absence or other reasons, the institution head must mention it while submitting the bill.
The Directorate urged institution heads to submit the bills within the stipulated deadline.
It also warned that the information provided by institution heads will be considered final for the purpose of disbursing MPO salaries through EFT.
If an employee fails to receive their MPO payment because of incorrect information submitted by the institution, the head of the concerned institution will be held responsible, according to the notice.
