Brazilian forward Raphinha produced another sensational attacking display, netting his second hat-trick in four days to power Barcelona to a 3-1 comeback victory over Sevilla at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium.
The decisive win extended Hansi Flick’s side's flawless start to the La Liga campaign, making it seven wins out of seven matches to consolidate their position at the top of the table. Across all competitions, Barcelona has secured eight straight victories this season.
Sevilla took an early lead in the 19th minute through Youssouf Fofana. However, Barcelona responded swiftly as Raphinha equalized in the 22nd minute with a precise low finish following creative setup work by Lamine Yamal.
The 29-year-old winger turned captain completed Barcelona's comeback in the second half, scoring his second goal in the 52nd minute before sealing his hat-trick in the 69th minute.
Raphinha's treble comes just four days after scoring three goals during Barcelona's 7-2 thrashing of Racing Santander. The Brazilian superstar has now reached 14 goals and 17 goal contributions across eight competitive appearances this season, including 12 goals in La Liga.
