Students block Dhaka-Ctg highway demanding justice

Students of Comilla University (CoU) blocked the Dhaka-Chattogram highway in Cumilla on Sunday, demanding justice for the killing of 13-year-old Apratim.
The students began their blockade around 11:30AM at the Kotbari Bishwa Road area, bringing traffic on the busy highway to a halt.
During the protest, the students chanted slogans demanding a fair investigation and justice for Apratim’s killing.

Earlier in the day, Apratim’s first janaza was held at Comilla University around 10AM. His second janaza took place at Gandhamati at 11AM, following which he was laid to rest there.
