World Tourism Day today

World Tourism Day 2026 will be observed today (Sunday) through a week-long series of programmes highlighting the potential of digital transformation and artificial intelligence to reshape the country’s tourism sector.

The Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, in collaboration with the Bangladesh Tourism Board (BTB) and other public and private stakeholders, will organise the programmes from September 27 to October 3 under the theme “Digital Agenda and Artificial Intelligence to Redesign Tourism.”
