‘The Paradise’ crosses Rs 100 crore mark in three days

Nani-starrer ‘The Paradise’ has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark in worldwide gross collection within three days of its release, with the Telugu market accounting for most of its earnings.

According to Sacnilk, the film earned Rs 15.25 crore net in India on its third day, taking its domestic gross collection to Rs 90.50 crore and net collection to Rs 76.40 crore. It earned another Rs 4 crore overseas, bringing its worldwide gross to Rs 119.50 crore.

The film saw a sharp drop in earnings on Friday, collecting Rs 14.90 crore, before recovering slightly on Saturday.

The Telugu version remained the biggest contributor, earning Rs 13.35 crore from 3,617 shows on Saturday. The Hindi and Tamil versions earned Rs 1.65 crore and Rs 25 lakh, respectively.

‘The Paradise’ has also recorded Nani’s biggest theatrical opening, earning Rs 34.65 crore net on its first day. It marks Nani’s second collaboration with director Srikanth Odela after ‘Dasara’.
