
Dr B K Bose, Chief Medical Officer of the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission (BAEC), has been appointed as Member (Planning) (Current Charge) of the Commission.
The appointment was made through an office order issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh on Sunday, says a press release .
Prior to his appointment as Member (Planning), Dr Bose was serving as the Director of the Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences (INMAS), Dinajpur, says a press release.
Dr Bose joined the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission as a Medical Officer in 1994 and has been providing services in the field of nuclear medicine for more than three decades.
He received important training on Physical Protection under the Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant construction project.
