Education and Primary and Mass Education Minister Dr ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon has called upon teachers to evaluate their own performance and modify teaching methods based on student progress.

The minister made the call in a post on his verified Facebook page on Wednesday (October 21).

In his Facebook post, the minister wrote, "Form the habit of questioning your own work right at the beginning of your teaching career. After teaching a chapter, ask yourself: How many students understood it? What should I change for those who did not understand?"

He further noted, "You cannot expect different results by using the same method repeatedly. Improving your teaching methods by gathering insights from students' work, questions, and errors is an essential practice in the teaching profession."
