Mild earthquake strikes Thakurgaon

A mild earthquake measuring 3.4-magnitude on the richter scale struck 33 kilometers east of Thakurgaon district in northern Bangladesh on Saturday morning.

The residence felt the quake at about 8:34AM.

According to Volcano Discovery, a website that monitors volcanic activity and earthquakes, the depth of the earthquake has not yet been determined.

So far, there have been no reports of damage or casualties.
