PIROJPUR, Apr 9: The 47th Science and Technology Week and Science Fair and 10th Science Olympiad and quiz contest were held at Shaheed Omar Faruq auditorium in the district town on Thursday.
Organised by Pirojpur Sadar Upazila Administration, Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mamunur Rashid inaugurated the fair as the chief guest.
A total of 20 educational institutions participated in the fair with innovative projects. A three-member team of Harina Secondary School became first in the quiz contest and Science Olympiad.
The teams of Govt. Shurawady College, Govt. Girls' School and Karimunnesa Girls' School became first, second and third respectively in project display.
