Couple's burnt bodies recovered from Dinajpur house

Police and Fire Service members have recovered the burnt bodies of a couple from a house in Dinajpur's city.

The bodies of-- Tapan Roy, 50, and his wife Lata Rani, 42-- were recovered around 1AM on Monday from their house in Suihari Ashrampura area.

Receiving information about the fire at 12midnight on Sunday at the house of Tapan Roy, fire men immediately rushed to the scene and brough the blaze under their control. Later they found the bodies lying on the floor.

According to local residents, they first spotted the  flames late at night.

The reason behind the fire could not be known. 

The bodies were sent to the morgue of Dinajpur Medical College Hospital, said Dinajpur Kotwali Police Station OC Nurnabi.
