1,200kg banned polythene seized in Bhola

BHOLA, June 23: A mobile court led by Executive Magistrate of the district administration Mohammad Azam in Monohari Patti, Kasai Patti and Chawkbazar areas of the town from Monday morning to afternoon seized 1,200 kg of illegal polythene.

Assistant Director of the Bhola Department of Environment Md Tota Mia provided the prosecution. He said that M/s Billal Store of Monohari Patti, M/s Shamim Store of Puratan Kasai Patti and M/s Faruk Store of Atapatti have been sealed for storing and selling polythene at the same time.
