KAMALNAGAR, LAXMIPUR, June 29: Ali Ahmed Patwari, former assistant professor of Hazirhat Upakul Government College in Kamalnagar Upazila of the district, passed away on Saturday night. He was 72.

He was survived by his wife, three sons and three daughters. He was buried at the family graveyard in Charjangaliya area of the upazila after the Namaz-e-Janaza on Sunday afternoon. 

Jatiya Sangsad Whip ABM Ashraf Uddin Nijan, District Jamaat Secretary AR Hafiz Ullah, Upazila BNP President Nurul Huda Chowdhury and Hazirhat Upakul Government College former principal Abdul Motaleb expressed their condolences on his death.
