Relentless Rain Brings Dhaka Traffic to a Standstill

Continuous heavy rain caused by an active monsoon depression inundated several low-lying areas of Dhaka, causing widespread waterlogging that disrupted traffic, hampered commuters and commercial activities, and brought civic life to a near standstill.
