Foreign pistol recovered in Ctg

CHATTOGRAM, July 11: A foreign 9mm pistol made in Brazil has been recovered from a bush in Charlakshya Union of Karnaphuli Police Station in Chittagong.

The pistol was recovered abandoned in a bush near the intersection of four roads in the Seynartek Pool area of Ward No. 3 of Charlakshya Union on Friday night.

Karnaphuli Police Station officer-in-charge (OC) Md. Ikhtiar Uddin said that an abandoned foreign pistol was recovered. How it got there, who dumped it and whether any criminal gang is involved in it are being investigated.
