CEC meets acting speaker ahead of Presidential election schedule

Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) AMM Nasir Uddin, alongwith other Election Commissioners, is holding a meeting with acting Speaker Kayser Kamal ahead of the announcement of the schedule for the Presidential election.

The meeting is underway at the acting Speaker's office on Tuesday.

According to the Election Commission, the CEC's meeting with the acting Speaker is a customary courtesy call held before the announcement of the Presidential election schedule. In line with this practice, the CEC and the other Election Commissioners met acting Speaker Kayser Kamal.
