Jaya Ahsan to appear as special guest on Indian reality show

Popular actor Jaya Ahsan is set to make her debut on Indian reality television as a special guest on Sun Bangla's women-centric reality show Lakh Takar Lokkhi Labh.

The special episode, hosted by Kolkata actor Sudipta Chakraborty, will air on 31 July at 7pm. The episode has already been filmed. Sudipta confirmed Jaya's appearance by sharing a photograph with the actor on social media.

Known for her work in both Bangladesh and West Bengal, Jaya will appear on the programme in a role different from her usual work as an actor or presenter.

Lakh Takar Lokkhi Labh brings together women from different parts of West Bengal who share stories of struggle, resilience and determination. Alongside these conversations, participants compete in a series of games for prizes.

In the special episode, Jaya listens to the contestants' personal stories, offers words of encouragement and motivates them to continue pursuing their dreams despite the challenges they face. Her interaction with the participants adds an emotional element to the programme.
