'Bomb-like object' found in pressure cooker in Savar

A pressure cooker wrapped in scotchtape was found in the Sadhapur area of Bongaon Union in Savar on Wednesday.

The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) bomb disposal unit has been informed to determine whether the device is a pressure cooker bomb. Members of the unit were on their way to the scene, police said.
