National Bank holds 43rd annual general meeting

The 43rd Annual General Meeting of National Bank PLC was held on Thursday, at a convention center in Dhaka. The meeting was presided over by Professor Dr Melita Mehjabeen, Chairman of the Bank.
TabithAwal, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Director; Muklesur Rahman, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and Independent Director; Md. Abdus Satter Sarkar, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Independent Director were present at meeting, says a press release.
In addition, Nazneen Ahmad, Director; Md Zulkar Nayn, Independent Director; Md Akhter Hossain, Independent Director; Imran Ahmed, Acting Managing Director; Deputy Managing Directors; and esteemed shareholders of the Bank attendant the meeting.
During the meeting, the financial statements for the year 2025, the appointment of auditors, and other scheduled agenda items were approved.
