Migration vote starts Monday

Online voting on the migration of students from Dhaka University’s seven affiliated government colleges to Dhaka Central University will start from Monday (August 17).

Voting process will continue from 10 AM on Monday until 10pm Wednesday (August 19), says a press statement of the university published Sunday.

Students of the academic sessions of 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 will get the chance to vote on migration to their programmes.

Students will have to cast votes through a link of Dhaka Central University’s official website. An OTP will be generated for the phone number which will be registered at the Dhaka University Database. One vote will be casted by one number.

The university added that the opinions collected from them will be analyzed before the final decision and their information would remain confidential.
