The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) has set September 3 for the next hearing against ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and 40 others in the crimes against humanity case over the Hefazat-e-Islam rally and deaths at Shapla Chattar in the capital's Motijheel on May 5, 2013.
The International Crimes Tribunal-2 fixed the date on Sunday (August 16) following a special hearing in the case.
Earlier this morning, nine arrested accused in the case were produced before the tribunal. The court also ordered that all 11 arrested accused, including two others who were not produced on Sunday, be brought before the tribunal on September 3.
