Three district commissioners withdrawn

The Ministry of Public Administration has withdrawn the district commissioners (DCs) of Natore, Gaibandha and Rangpur.

The ministry issued a notification to this effect on Tuesday.

The officials are Natore DC and District Magistrate Asma Shaheen, Gaibandha DC and District Magistrate Mohammad Masudur Rahman Molla, and Rangpur DC and District Magistrate Mohammad Ruhul Amin.

According to the notification, the three officials have been removed from their respective posts and attached to the Ministry of Public Administration for their next postings.

The order, issued in the public interest, will take effect immediately.
