Man killed in Khulshi car crash

A man died after he was struck by a speeding private car when crossing the road at Khulshi, Chattogram.

The fatal accident took place around 5:30 AM, Thursday (August 27) at Polytechnic Intersection under Khulshi Police Station.

Delwar Hossain, 46, son of Nur Nabi, hailing from the Joynarayanpur area in Daganbhuiyan upazila of Feni, was confirmed as the victim.

According to Nurul Alam Ashek, officer-in-charge of the Chattogram Medical College Hospital police outpost, the victim died after he was rushed to the hospital in critical condition following the road accident around 5:30 AM.
