NCP gets partial convening body at Bhurungamari

BHURUNGAMARI, KURIGRAM, Aug 29: The NCP has formed a 36-member partial convening committee for its Bhurungamari Upazila unit in the district. Mahfuzul Islam Kiran has been named convener, while Morshedur Rahman Anis has been named member secretary.

The information was announced in a statement signed on Friday by NCP Kurigram District Convener Mukul Mia and Member Secretary Masum Mia. The committee has been approved for a three-month term.

Abu Shamim has been named senior joint convener. Mostafizur Rahman Majnu, Mohammad Roknuzzaman Milu, Nahid Hasan Prince, Shariful Islam, Mahmud Hasan and Abul Kalam Azad have been named joint conveners.

Zahurul Islam has been named senior joint member secretary, while Nur Amin Lebu, Kofilur Rahman and Mahabub Ul Alam have been appointed joint member secretaries.

Al Helal Khan, Shafiul Alam Sanu, Golam Hossain Mamun and Ashraful Alam Shanto have been named organising secretaries. The committee also includes 19 members.
